{"id":42533,"date":"2022-04-13T08:00:40","date_gmt":"2022-04-13T11:00:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sectorprensa.com.ar\/?p=42533"},"modified":"2022-04-11T15:32:53","modified_gmt":"2022-04-11T18:32:53","slug":"yoga-en-la-costanera-de-vicente-lopez","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sectorprensa.com.ar\/?p=42533","title":{"rendered":"YOGA EN LA COSTANERA DE VICENTE L\u00d3PEZ"},"content":{"rendered":"<h6><strong>Los lunes a las 17:30 horas se podr\u00e1 participar del ciclo gratuito de Yoga en el r\u00edo, una actividad al aire libre en el Paseo del Viento (Roma y el R\u00edo).<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La Municipalidad de Vicente L\u00f3pez brinda esta actividad en conjunto con Ashtanga Yoga Palermo, para que los vecinos puedan disfrutar un momento de relajaci\u00f3n, practicando asanas, respiraci\u00f3n y meditaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El yoga es una disciplina tradicional espiritual, f\u00edsica y mental originada en India. Es muy beneficiosa para el bienestar general. Ayuda a reducir el estr\u00e9s y la ansiedad, mejora el descanso y la postura, aumenta la concentraci\u00f3n, entre otros. La actividad puede ayudar a mejorar aficiones como la ansiedad y el dolor de espalda.<\/p>\n<p>Para participar solo se necesita llevar su propio mat.<\/p>\n<p>La actividad se realizar\u00e1 todos los lunes de abril y requiere de inscripci\u00f3n previa.
