{"id":43219,"date":"2022-04-30T13:02:29","date_gmt":"2022-04-30T16:02:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sectorprensa.com.ar\/?p=43219"},"modified":"2022-04-30T13:02:29","modified_gmt":"2022-04-30T16:02:29","slug":"prision-perpetua-para-el-femicida-de-ailen-decuzzi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sectorprensa.com.ar\/?p=43219","title":{"rendered":"PRISI\u00d3N PERPETUA PARA EL FEMICIDA DE AIL\u00c9N DECUZZI"},"content":{"rendered":"<h6><strong>La justicia dict\u00f3 la pena m\u00e1xima para F\u00e9lix David Vela Bazalar, quien asesin\u00f3 a la joven con la que manten\u00eda una relaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>F\u00e9lix David Vela Bazalar, femicida de Ail\u00e9n Decuzzi, a quien golpe\u00f3 y estrangul\u00f3 en una pensi\u00f3n de El Palomar, recibi\u00f3 la condena de prisi\u00f3n perpetua por parte del juez Pedro Rodr\u00edguez, del Tribunal Oral N\u00ba 4 de Mor\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Vela Bazalar fue detenido y acusado por homicidio doblemente agravado. Manten\u00eda una relaci\u00f3n con Decuzzi, la cual ella quiso romper, por este motivo fue a buscarla a su domicilio. All\u00ed, luego de cometer el crimen, fingi\u00f3 un suicidio al atarse un cable en el cuello.<\/p>\n<p>El fiscal Alejandro Varela determin\u00f3 que Ail\u00e9n fue asesinada por su condici\u00f3n de mujer, debido a eso solicit\u00f3 la pena m\u00e1xima junto con su colega Marina Rueda.<\/p>\n<p>La defensa de Vela Bazalar puso en duda la imputabilidad del mismo, argumentando que no comprend\u00eda la criminalidad de sus actos.
