La justicia no adopt\u00f3 temperamento para con el polic\u00eda, ya que se consider\u00f3 que actu\u00f3 en leg\u00edtima defensa.<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Un motochorro muri\u00f3 y otro est\u00e1 en estado cr\u00edtico luego de ser baleados por un polic\u00eda vestido de civil que se defendi\u00f3 de un robo.<\/p>\n<p>El hecho ocurri\u00f3 en la calle Brunet, entre Fraga y Filiberto, en Merlo, cuando el agente esperaba el colectivo para regresar a su vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>En dicho lugar, el efectivo fue abordado por los malvivientes a punta de pistola. De esta manera, el agente se resisti\u00f3 y bale\u00f3 a los ladrones: Franco Agust\u00edn Rivero (22) falleci\u00f3, mientras que su c\u00f3mplice, Nahuel Antonio Azuaga (22) permanece internado en estado cr\u00edtico y en terapia intensiva.<\/p>\n<p>El fiscal Claudio Oviedo, de la Fiscal\u00eda N\u00ba 5 de Mor\u00f3n, no adopt\u00f3 temperamento para con el agente, ya que consider\u00f3 que actu\u00f3 en leg\u00edtima defensa.<\/p>\n<p>En el lugar, se hallaron cinco vainas servidas, todas disparadas por el polic\u00eda. Adem\u00e1s, se secuestr\u00f3 un arma de utiler\u00eda que ten\u00edan en poder los delincuentes.
